By using this site or requesting a free audit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

These terms are between you and REVE HQ LLC, doing business as Laney Media.

What The Free Audit Is

The free marketing audit is a review of the public creative on one social media account you name. We score the creative against our framework, point out the gaps, and send you written feedback.

The audit is an opinion, not a contract for services. We decide which applications to accept, and we can decline any application without giving a reason.

What You Agree To

When you request an audit, you confirm that:

• The information you give us is accurate.
• You own the account you submit, or you're authorized to submit it.
• You're at least 18 years old and can enter a contract.
• You'll use the feedback for your own business, not to resell it.

No Guarantee Of Results

We make no promise about revenue, reach, followers, or any other number. The results shown on this site come from a selected group of clients who did the work, and they don't predict what happens for you.

Your outcome depends on your offer, your market, your execution, and factors none of us control. Treat every figure on this site as a record of what happened for someone else.

Intellectual Property

The CONVERTS framework, the audit format, the scorecard, the copy, the design, and the code on this site belong to Laney Media. Using the site doesn't transfer any of it to you.

You can use your own audit inside your own business. You can't republish it, resell it, or teach it as your own method.

Your Account And Your Content

Your account and everything in it stay yours. By submitting an account for review, you give us permission to view it, take screenshots of its public analytics, and use those screenshots internally to prepare your feedback.

We only publish something that identifies you if you tell us we can. Anonymized numbers may appear in our marketing with every identifying detail removed.

Paid Client Work

These terms cover the site and the free audit. Paid work runs under a separate signed agreement that sets the scope, the fees, and the term. Where the 2 documents disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Don't do any of the following on or through this site:

• Submit an account you don't own or represent.
• Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of the site.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Use the site to break a law or someone else's rights.

This site links to other platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn. We don't control those services and we aren't responsible for what they do with your data. Their terms apply once you leave this site.

The site and the free audit come as they are. We don't warrant that the site runs without interruption, that it's free of errors, or that the audit fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Laney Media isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of this site or the free audit.

Where liability can't be excluded, it's capped at $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in question, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to that venue.
